- An on site inspection for a minimum of 2 hours, so as to familiarise ourselves with the work on hand

- One year financial contract, but a 14 month work period, this is for the one month prior for the take on figures and work and one month at the end of the financial year for handover if the services are terminated

- Bookkeeping is billed in arrears and debited against the clients account the following month
